安裝此外掛的方式，將.dll 檔放入Paint.NET 安裝目錄下的-Effects 中，即能在功能列「Effects」中選用「Outline Object」。

Use the magic wand to make your selection, add a new layer, and then Effects > Selection > Outline selection.
